The Mall at Johnson City Celebrates Summer with Moonlight Movies Series

JOHNSON CITY, TN (Nov. 1, 2020) — The Mall at Johnson City and Pretty as a Peach Boutique will host a Johnson City Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting on Friday, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. to celebrate the Grand Opening in their new space on the lower level adjacent to Hallmark and across from Carter’s. They will host a special 15% off sale all day, giveaways and a free gift with purchase while supplies last.
Pretty as a Peach Boutique is a Tennessee-based, family-owned retailer offering affordable, fashionable clothing in sizes S-3XL. They started four years ago as an online boutique and in 2019 opened their first brick and mortar location in The Mall at Johnson City. They now have a total of three locations after expanding into Asheville and Knoxville.
“We are thrilled to watch Pretty as a Peach Boutique grow their store size here and expand into other markets,” said Ashley Grindstaff, General Manager at The Mall at Johnson City. “Our goal is to add diverse tenants and recruit local online favorites, to enhance the overall experience for our guests and further strengthen The Mall at Johnson City as the gathering place for the community.”
The Mall at Johnson City continues to offer a variety of notable retail locations to offer guests the most dynamic shopping experience. In the last year, six new stores have opened at the town center with continued growth and tenant mix upgrades on the way. These are just a few examples of The Mall at Johnson City’s ongoing commitment to creating a true town center where community members can safely shop, dine, and safely gather together.
The Mall at Johnson City remains focused on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. In the continued need to address COVID-19, the town center has proactively implemented additions to the Code of Conduct, effective until further notice.

The Mall at Johnson City’s already rigorous disinfectant and cleaning practices will also continue many times per day, including periodically disinfecting areas most susceptible to the spread of germs. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer dispensers are located in highly trafficked areas and walkways for public use.
