PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE
Our property offers accessibility for our guest needing additional assistance. Handicap parking is located in the front of every parking lot at the mall. Accessible Entrances are located on the lower level next to Belk, Entrances C and D. Accessible restrooms are located in the Food Court (lower level) and beside Victoria's Secret and American Eagle (upper level.)
wheelchairs
If you are in need of a wheelchair at the mall, please contact security at 423-483-5155 to obtain one for the length of your visit. Your DL is required for rental, which is returned when wheelchair is returned.
Family
FAMILY RESTROOMS
For your convenience, you’ll find family restrooms located on the lower level in the Food Court, beside Chick-Fil-A, and on the upper level between Victoria's Secret and AmericanEagle.

Take a break from shopping and let your little one enjoy some fun at our Play Area. Located on the lower level near Gamestop and Versona. Open to all children 0-12 years of age.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in the restrooms on the lower and upper levels.

Push your little ones around with ease in our 'Zoomaroo' strollers. Located in the B Entrance (next to Dick's Sporting Goods) and Entrance A (across from Palmetto Moon). There is a $9.00 rental fee plus a dollar deposit to be returned when the stroller is turned in.

First-aid assistance can be provided at The Mall Office on the lower level outside of Entrance D (near Belk.) Any Security Officer within the Mall will have First Aid on them as well. In the event of an emergency please dial 911 and contact the nearest Security Officer for help. An AED device is located in the Food Court on the lower level.

For easy access to your cash, an Eastman Credit Union ATM and an Expedia Cash ATM are located on the lower level. ECU ATM is located near the escalators and Expedia Cash ATM is located in the foyer of the B Entrance.
